Dear Parents/Guardians,
Our profound gratitude goes to God Almighty who has seen us through the second term 2019/2020 session and preserve and provide for us in this Covid19 Pandemic. We also express our thanks to everyone that has helped the school to move forward. Please endeavour to read and comply with the pieces of information in this letter.
SCHOOL FEES:
Please ensure that school fees are paid in full on or before the school resumes. Defaulters will be sent home after two weeks of resumption. All outstanding should be paid before resumption, NO CHILD HAVING OUTSTANDING FOR LAST TERM WILL BE ALLOWED TO RESUME.
CLUB ACTIVITIES:
Club activities start in earnest next session. Clubs like – JETS Club, LEADERSHIP and Public Speaking Club, Creative and Performing Art Club, Debate and Writers’ Club, e.t.c.
LATENESS:
Parents should be reminded that after 8:15am that the school gate will be closed and a fine of #500 will be paid by defaulters.
ADMONITION:
Parents are not allowed to enter the classroom during break or at the close of the school because their presence may disrupt learning process.
Handle pupils’ books with care.
Pupils’ homework should be done at home and return as at when due. Also parents should not do homework for pupils inside their books but they can guide them.
Pre-Kg and Kg One should come with 2 rolls of tissue paper and #100 detergent while other classes should come with a roll of tissue paper.
Parent should be modest in their dressing when coming to the school premises.
Parents should buy Revised Standard Version Bible for pupils from basic one to basic five.
DRESS CODE:
MONDAY: Navy blue and blue check top with a red tie, black shoe, black
belt and black socks.
TUESDAY: Green check and green top with a red tie, black shoe, black belt
and black socks.
WEDNESDAY: Sports Wear.
THURSDAY: Blue jean and white t-shirt, white canvas and white socks.
FRIDAY: Khaki and coloured t-shirt, black shoe, black belt and black socks.
FRUITS DAY:
Parents are reminded that Tuesdays and Thursdays are fruits days, and no learner should come to school with snacks but fruits. Any learner that comes with snacks will forfeit it, thanks.
GRADUATION AND PRIZE GIVING DAY:
Parents should start the preparing for our graduation and prize given day. The date will be communicated.
